If you want to Run Your Marathons Faster and Run Faster Marathon times I suggest you check out this video on training for a marathon in 100 days. It's a great way to train.

Thanks for stopping by. Yeah sometimes I wish I started running when I was younger, when I was still in the Philippines. But I guess I’m a late bloomer Yup I will let you how the Disney marathon goes.

Hi Noel! Thanks for dropping by my blog. It’s always nice to know a fellow runner – even if he/she is half-way around the world. I am going to look forward to your Disney marathon in 2010. That is one of the places I would like to run a marathon someday too.
